Access to our support system for website issues but not including any work which might be needed to rectify any issues
Including 1 off site backup per year.
- Standard support for 1 year
gives you access to the support system and includes any work needed to rectify any issues. It also includes periodic updates to your firewall software and Joomla updates (installed when possible) It also includes updates to your real estate system software and associated modules where possible
The work included is restricted to issues arising due to problems with the current setup.
Also included are minor changes to the site such as changes in your contact details and changing text and images within the site (restricted to 2 items per month which are not carried forward)
- Premium support for 1 year
Remote access is included in this service.
- Telephone support
- 00 and 22:00 Priority telephone support. Covers 2 days and offers telephone support between the hours of 10
The unit price is based on a per hour or part hour basis with a minimum of 1 hour.
Additional software licences are not included.
- Ad Hoc support work based on an hourly rate
Regular backups on the server taken daily on a 7 day rotation
One off backup stored off-site for disaster recovery normally taken once per year
General security updates and patches applied to the site (subject to these being compatible with your sites existing configuration)
Periodic security scans to check for malware and viruses
Maintain site licences for WAF (Web application Firewall) software
Priority Telephone support.
